Michelin North America, Inc. Authorized Dealers and Authorized Alliance Dealers are eligible to participate in the program. Offer good for U.S. Authorized MNA dealers only.

Employees of the above dealers must be actively employed at time of reward redemption.

Product Expert status is achieved by completing all Product Expert courses by December 31, of each given calendar year.

Eligibility for Product Expert awards is based on successfully completing all Product Expert designated courses during the given calendar year.

Eligibility for Retail Selling workshops, Managing Retail Sales workshops, The 4x4 Center and Rod Hall classes (conducted at MSTC or in the field) is based upon successful completion of Tire Basics at the time of registration AND all currently offered Product Expert courses by starting date of class. Completion of classes may be achieved either on-line or by CD ROM.

Tax responsibility for any and all awards earned in association with Michelin-Training.net are the responsibility of the individual participant and not Michelin.

Applicable Laws: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

Acceptance of any awards constitutes permission to use the winner's name, city, state and/or likeness (except where prohibited by law) without further compensation for advertising or publicity purposes.

Sponsor or its agent are not liable for any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, Internet, computer equipment, software, or any combination thereof.

If a computer virus, bug, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, or any other cause beyond control of Sponsor and/or its agent corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the program, sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion (and without notice to recipients of this program) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the program in whole or in part.

Sponsor reserves the right to change or cancel program at any time.
